Office worker Airi Shimasawa was killed by her lover, but woke but in the morning as a zombie. Unlike a regular zombie she is conscious and she can talk. But her face looked nothing like a living human being. First, Airi heads to her lover Yoshioka's house to find him. But there, she finds Yoshioka's wife Kyoko, who had turned into a complete zombie. Incidents of dead bodies reviving as zombies where increasing all over the country. Airi, who unfortunately had become one of them, is send into depth of despair. But by meeting other senior zombies, she decides to once again, move on with her future. To take revenge on Yoshioka, and to become happy, she will go the length to eating human flesh.
