Story:
Things seem to be normal, but during tranpsort, in a twist of fate, a barrel of trioxin has been released, getting into the water supply. Before you know it, there's a full-fledge zombie outbreak underway. A time-travelling doctor, Cipher, tries to reconstruct work of Dr. Herbert West, and also attempts to enlist the aid of Dr. Crawford Tillenghast. It doesn't work, and Cipher is left to figure things out on his own. Will Cipher be able to stop the zombies with the help of his ally, Artemus? The President of the United States is a zombie. Can they save him?
